Responsibilities

  • Propose and test insightful ideas through primary and secondary research and convey them in polished written, graphical, and verbal products. Aid in developing content and facilitating conversations that support our members' most important initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Technology background, higher degrees, or post-graduate work experience are welcomed, but not required)
  • Excellent writing, reading and critical thinking skills; interviewing and presentation skills are a plus. You'll need to be comfortable working in small, collaborative teams in an iterative, fast-paced manner
  • U.S. work authorization

The Gartner Research Board (GRB) selects highly talented people to join the organization as Research Analysts (RAs). RAs form the core of the GRB's research teams, distilling findings from a variety of sources and presenting them in a way that is consumable for senior technology executives. Being an RA at the GRB is not a backend position: you will be directly engaging with Executives at global Fortune 500 (in many cases F50, or F10) companies as well as other highly influential thinkers and Executives. We place this high level of trust in our associates because RAs are the future of the GRB, and they are expected to rise to the challenge.
