There may also be opportunities to increase your hours during school holidays through our Holiday Club provision. ๐ About the Role At JAG, we're not just childcare - we're champions of fun! You'll deliver engaging activities, support children's confidence and development, and help create memories that children look forward to every day. ๐ What You'll Be Doing Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities including multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued Supervise children with care, enthusiasm, and positivity Set up engaging activity areas and ensure equipment is safe and ready to use Prepare snacks and support smooth sign-in and sign-out procedures Encourage children's confidence, creativity, and teamwork Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures at all times Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality childcare โญ What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude Is creative and enjoys making every session fun and engaging Is reliable, enthusiastic, and a great team player Can confidently support activities and manage groups of children Wants to make a positive impact on children's lives Experience is welcomed but not essential. We'd love to hear from candidates with backgrounds in: Childcare Playwork Teaching Assistant roles Sports Coaching Youth Work Education Activity Leadership Drama, Dance, or Performing Arts Most importantly, we're looking for the right attitude, energy, and passion for working with children. ๐ What's in it for You?
