Job Description Purpose of the role To support Trade and Working Capital with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. Accountabilities Support with day-to-day Trade and Working Capital initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise. Monitoring the banks Trade and Working Capital operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards. Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Trade and Working Capital processes. Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Trade and Working Capital processes. Development and implementation of Trade and Working Capital procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Development of reports and presentations on Trade and Working Capital performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Trade and Working Capital Services. Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Trade and Working Capital efficiency and effectiveness. Step into the role of Middle office - Assistant Vice president acts as the first line of defense, ensuring trade integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience across all derivative products. The role provides strategic oversight of Trade and position Reconciliations and trade lifecycle management, partnering closely with Front Office, clients, Technology, and Infrastructure teams to enforce robust controls and deliver timely, accurate execution. You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as: Support Front Office through accurate and timely trade processing, enabling business growth and client confidence. Own and deliver the strategic roadmap, including process re-engineering and efficiency initiatives aligned to GMO objectives. Drive simplification through process consolidation, removal of duplication, and optimal workflow design. Extensive experience in Investment Banking Operations, with strong exposure to Derivative Middle Office
