- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects focused on space utilization, replenishment efficiency, and reduction of handling waste
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards including OSHA requirements; maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment using 5S principles
- Support new product introductions and production ramp activities by establishing receiving workflows, storage strategies, and kitting processes for new components
- Maintain warehouse documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and inventory control procedures

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or materials management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a manuf
