FP&A - Financial Planning & Analytics Analyst/Controller

Responsibilities

• Review the P&L and BS statements of the entity/division in scope
• Drive various initiatives for the optimization of financial performance
• Month-end closing activities
• Preparation of weekly forecast
• Participate in the annual budgeting process
• Analyzing, strategizing and monitoring of on-going projects
• Actively look for ways to challenge costs that are incurred in the service organization.
• Responsible for the recurring and ad-hoc reporting of the entity/division in scope
• Provide expert financial and accounting advice to local stakeholders and other departments, incl. other internal shared service centers
• Apply critical thinking and challenge the inputs of the others
• Other ad hoc activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration
• 4+ years of experience in Finance controlling/reporting
• SAP reporting/controlling experience
• Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading);
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, well-organized, ability to prioritize
