Reporting to the System Director of Strategy & Business Development, this role focuses on identifying, evaluating, structuring, and executing growth opportunities that align with Stormont Vail Health's strategic priorities. The Director is accountable for moving opportunities from concept through analysis, approval, execution, and implementation, ensuring strategic, operational, and financial viability. The Director works closely with system leadership, physicians, regional hospital partners, operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to support organic growth, partnerships, affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and innovative care delivery models. This role emphasizes disciplined analysis, creative partnership structures, and strong execution to drive sustainable growth across the health system. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Required Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Experience Qualifications 5 years Experience in healthcare business development, strategy, consulting, corporate development or related field. Required Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills. Strong financial acumen with experience developing pro formas, business plans, and investment analyses. Required Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive execution in a matrixed organization. Required Demonstrated experience evaluating, structuring, and advancing healthcare growth initiatives.
