Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Shareholder Services Representative in the Alternatives Department . The position in the Alternatives Department is an entry level role responsible for assisting other team members with the processing of investor queries and preparing periodic reporting. As the Shareholder Services team is responsible for client's Investor experience, a curiosity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment is required to succeed in this role. On this position you will be responsible for: Provide support to the team in establishing solid client contact through prompt follow-up; Interact and establish solid relationships within the transfer agency team; Process client / Investors queries within their agreed SLA; Deliver high quality work with attention to detail; Comply with all the policies and procedures of the firm; Identify problems at an early stage and escalate as necessary;
