About 2070 Health W Health Ventures has set up India's first venture studio, 2070 Health. About the Role: We are looking for an AI-native Growth and Outreach Associate to run the studio's outbound engine. This is not a traditional SDR role. The core skill is building and running AI-augmented outreach over email and LinkedIn: the data, the infrastructure, the messaging, and the testing. The Two Use Cases New thesis research and early sales motion Work closely with the research team to test new company ideas in healthcare whitespaces. You build lists of the experts, clinicians, operators, and potential customers worth talking to, run outreach to book those conversations, and bring the signal back in a form the team can act on. Fund outreach Help expand the fund's relationships through researched, personalized outreach to downstream investors and potential LPs. You build and maintain the target lists, run the sequences, and manage follow-up. What You'll Own: Email infrastructure: domains, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), inbox warmup, sending limits, and deliverability. Prospect data: source lists against a clear ICP, then enrich, verify, and dedupe them. Sequences: multi-touch, personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn. The tool stack: Apollo, Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, and a CRM like HubSpot. Measurement: track reply rate, positive replies, and meetings booked, then run tests to push those numbers up. CRM hygiene: keep records clean and data current. The AI-Native Difference: What separates this role from a normal SDR is how you use AI. We are looking for a practitioner, someone who has already made AI part of how they work, not in theory but in practice: Research accounts and personalize at scale with LLMs like Claude, not generic mail-merge. Build AI enrichment and research steps into the workflow, for example Clay AI columns or prompt chains, so the machine handles the manual parts. Connect tools with light automation: Zapier, n8n, or your own scripts. Try new AI tools as they ship and keep the ones that earn their place. Who You Are: 4 to 5 years of experience, including hands-on cold outreach that booked real meetings. You ran the campaigns yourself. You have done outreach to US prospects and can write for that audience. Strong written English. Your cold emails read like a person wrote them, and they get replies. You reach for AI by default and have built real workflows around it. You work well from 0 to 1. You build process where none exists and run it on your own. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
