Who we're looking for Toyota's People & Property Services Department (P&PS) within the Corporate Shared Services Division (CSS) is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Corporate Shared Services Site Support Analyst . The primary responsibility of this role is to develop close relationships with multiple levels of management, service providers, and internal groups. This is a regional position where responsibilities are carried across various sites. Multitasking the various sites while managing travel requirements is a must, as well as assessing issues, implementing projects, and engaging other groups outside of CSS when needed to resolve problems. This position will manage multiple services (i.e. dining, janitorial, landscaping, uniform / team stores, convenience store, fitness, childcare, mail/office services, etc.) with the associated annual spend while continuing to understand, monitor, and audit the risks and complexities of each commodity as these play a key role in team member experience. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the People & Property Services Department's objective to meet performance, manage and monitor budgets, and manage quality targets while gathering information to support service level KPIs and projects for multiple commodities across multiple locations within the designated region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional site operations strategies in partnership with executive leadership, site managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with multiple levels of management, internal teams, and external service providers to support effective service delivery across the region
  • Manage multiple facilities and service commodities, including dining, janitorial, landscaping, uniforms/team stores, convenience stores, fitness, childcare, and mail/office services
  • Assess operational issues, identify service gaps, seek opportunities for improvement, gather voice of customers and implement corrective action plans to improve quality, consistency, and team member experience
  • Audit services across multiple locations to ensure standards, contractual requirements, and Toyota North American expectations are being met
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and escalation support to vendors, managers, and site teams while delivering timely responses and sound judgment
  • Create purchase orders, process invoice payments, and track expenses against budget in a clear, organized, and accurate manner
  • Lead and coordinate projects of varying size and scope, driving them through completion across internal and external groups

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing corporate shared services or hospitality services management
  • Experience including demonstrated ability to engage, lead, manage, and develop working teams
  • Experience with process and project management
  • Demonstrated experience managing/monitoring annual spend depending on services/commodity
  • Ability to travel up to 50%. (Majority of travel will be in the Los Angeles region but will also require some travel to other areas, as needed.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to executive management
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work independently, proactively identifying and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position
