Designation : MT (Lead Analyst) Role Objective: Manage AR follow up team as a front-line Manager and be responsible for meeting the team KRA's Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work assignment to team members Prepare daily reports on team performance Responsible for operational training and compliance of the assigned team Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects and tasks Control absenteeism and attrition within organization goals. Drive qualitative work culture, also ensure to meet the team productivity and quality standards defined for the process. Certification: NA Skill Set: Candidate should have strong knowledge of AR queues on including payor rejections and denials Should have analytical skills & exhibit clear thinking/reasoning. Should be able to comprehend & well-articulated to present his/her thought process well. Should have excellent feedback and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should possess good MS Excel skills Should have problem identification and solution-based approach Pre-requisite: Should have overall 4+ years of experience in RCM Operations Should have good healthcare knowledge. Should have analytical skills & exhibit clear thinking/reasoning. Should be able to comprehend & well-articulated to present his/her thought process well.
