IT Engineer (No experience required, Permanent role)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS; experience in virtualized environments is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and the Nutanix platform is an advantage.
• Understanding of VPNs and firewall appliances is beneficial.
• Familiarity with network switches and routers is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, dynamic, and analytical with strong conceptual thinking abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor, and control all technical aspects of projects. Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades. Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
