About the role
You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the PERFORMANCE & AUDIT DEPT (FC10000), Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul-Logistics (MRO-L) Group, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) of COMFLTREADCEN. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing some or all of the following duties: 1.) Serving as a senior expert and team leader for industrial logistics projects; 2.) Leading complex initiatives related to Stock In Transit (SIT) Management, Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), and Property Management; 3.) Providing authoritative technical guidance to project teams and lower-graded employees; 4.) Establishing and maintaining liaison with high-ranking officials across various commands including NAVAIR, NAVSUP, and industry partners; and 5.) Serving as a team leader, planning and assigning work, setting priorities, and reviewing the work of other employees for technical accuracy.
