As the Country Sales Lead for Malaysia , you are the Field Commander on the ground. Your mission is to protect and elevate our core incumbency with the government sector and lead the execution of the mega-renewals, and provide strategic guidance to a Defense Sales Director.

Responsibilities

  • Core Incumbency & Succession Execution
  • Mega-Deal Execution: Lead the tactical ground execution to secure infrastructure renewals and position our converged ecosystem as the standard for public safety.
  • Procurement Mastery & Partner Orchestration
  • Experience in the Government sector : Work with the Malaysian government procurement cycle and regulations.
  • Ecosystem Management: Orchestrate and enable System Integrators. Ensure local partners are technically equipped to deliver complex "Safe Nation" integrations beyond legacy radio.
  • Matrix Leadership & Strategic Synergy
  • Defense Expansion: While your primary focus is Public Safety, you will provide strategic mentorship and collaboration leverage to the Defense Sales Director.
  • Align with the Hub Director: Work with the Regional Hub Director to secure the regional air cover needed to close strategic pursuits.

  • Basic Requirements
  • Government Heavyweight: More than 10 years of B2B/B2G sales execution in Malaysia, with a dominant focus in the government sector.
  • Elite Network: Direct experience to within the government sector and partner ecosystem.
  • Procurement Expertise: Knowledge of government processes and the local partner ecosystem.
  • Field Commander DNA: You are a hands-on personnel who expert in close complex deals, guide peers, and work with the government sector.
