Requirements
- Preferably, more than 3 years of payroll functional experience working with Malaysia SAP Payroll, Workday HR and MS Office applications.
- Experience in HR, Compensation, Systems, and Finance with deep expertise of Payroll, Expatriate Payroll/Tax, Federal/provincial employment legislation, labor standards, HR Policies and Procedures
- Ability to lead initiatives, analytical problem solver, independent worker and strong team player who is detail oriented with an ability to working under tight deadlines and a significant amount of output.
- Exhibit a demonstrated ability to ensure a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and protection of employee data based on Data Privacy legislations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with numerous key stakeholders across all levels of management.
- Energy, enthusiasm, solution minded and can-do attitude.
- Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues.
