  • Support organizational transformation initiatives and strategic projects as required.

  • Experience and skills required:
  • Experienced leader, from a global diverse environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing senior commercial professionals.
  • Proven track record managing large, global accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations.

  • LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $161,300 - $268,900.

Job Description Summary The Team Lead, Global Strategic Partner Directors is responsible for leading a high-performing team of senior strategic Partner Directors account focused on driving long-term revenue growth, customer value, and executive engagement across the LSEG's most important global partnerships. This role serves as a trusted advisor to key partners while providing leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to a team managing complex, AI, Broker, Cloud, Reseller, Cosell, Risk and Data& Feeds partnership accounts. The successful candidate will align organizational capabilities with global partner objectives. They will work cross-functionally with sales, product, content, operations, legal, and senior leadership teams to maximize commercial outcomes and strengthen strategic partnerships.
