Responsibilities
- Produce management reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the governance and assurance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to monthly governance reporting and analysis.
- Assist in ensuring all properties and assets have appropriate planned maintenance programmes and remain compliant with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Produce asset condition and lifecycle reports, capital expenditure plans, and commercial verification reports from asset data.
- Download, validate, and quality-check asset survey data, maintaining accurate asset registers and ensuring data integrity.
- Support the planning and delivery of asset surveys, ensuring outputs are completed to client specifications, timescales, and quality standards.
- Upload and maintain asset information within the Concept CAFM system and generate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, reviewing pricing data and identifying potential commercial risks.
- Produce and maintain high-quality reporting on PPM delivery, compliance certification, and asset information across client portfolios, working with key stakeholders to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

- Salary: £22,000 per annum.
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
