Responsibilities
- AI for Tech
- Optimize key SDLC workflows for development and QA to improve productivity, product quality, and delivery velocity

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and generative technologies
- Your Profile
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries ( e.g. PyTorch , TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers)
- Solid understanding of LLM architectures , training paradigms, and prompt engineering techniques
- Experience integrating proprietary or in ‑ house AI platforms into production environments
- Hands ‑ on experience designing scalable APIs and AI pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP)
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong problem ‑ solving skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Professional level of English and effective communication skills
- Plus if you h ave :
- Stron g proficienc y in Java , including hands ‑ on experience building MCP agents
- Experience with La ngC hain , Ll amaIndex , or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone) and RAG architectures
- Hands ‑ on experience with embedding models and semantic search
- Experience using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs
- Knowledge of data governance , model explainability, and responsible AI practices
