The Team The Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving the successful local execution of marketing strategies across Switzerland and Austria. As Marketing Manager, you translate global strategy into relevant, compliant, and high‑impact local initiatives. You play a central role in shaping customer engagement, coordinating key events, and supporting the growth of Mundipharma's Specialty Care portfolio. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role, working closely with Sales, the Country Lead, and cross‑functional partners to deliver impactful campaigns, enhance the customer experience, and ensure full compliance with local and global standards. Role and Responsibilities Customer engagement & brand execution Drive and execute customer engagement strategies across the AT and CH markets. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and initiatives across all channels, aligned with global direction and company objectives. Translate and localise global marketing campaigns, initiatives, and omnichannel plans to ensure relevance to local market needs. Act as the primary interface between global marketing and the local markets, providing input, insights, and feedback to shape future strategies. Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with local regulations, company policies, and internal approval processes. Work closely with the Sales team (Sales Lead, KAMs) to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively integrated into customer interactions. Monitor performance and customer insights to continuously optimise engagement and improve the customer experience. Event & congress coordination Plan, coordinate, and deliver Mundipharma's participation in congresses, webinars, and other key events across AT and CH. Manage all event‑related logistics, budgeting, agency and vendor coordination, and on‑time delivery of materials. Prepare, submit, and secure approval for all event‑related content in line with internal governance and compliance standards. Launch readiness & execution Contribute to the preparation and implementation of launch plans for new products, including within Specialty Care (e.g. anti‑infectives). Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales to deliver coordinated and impactful local launch activities. Cross‑functional collaboration & continuous improvement Work closely with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Compliance, Finance, and the Country Lead to ensure aligned and timely execution within budget. Share learnings and best practices within the cluster and with global teams to support continuous improvement.
