Programme investor-focused roundtables, LP introductions, and deal-flow sessions in collaboration with the special value programmes team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in internal management tools covering fund details, investment thesis, meeting history, and post-event feedback. Track investor programme KPIs across assigned events: investor count, AUM represented, meetings held, investment signals generated, and investor NPS. Conduct post-event investor debriefs, gather feedback, and share improvement recommendations with the program lead. Maintain and nurture investor relationships year-round, ensuring warm relationships carry forward into future editions. Develop new ideas for value-driven investor programme features and lead on concept note development for future editions. 4-5 years of experience in investor relations, investor programme management, or VC/LP engagement ideally within an event, ecosystem, or gaming industry context. Demonstrated expertise in the gaming investment landscape: VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks. This is the core credential. Demonstrable experience curating and managing high-touch investor experiences, not just registration and logistics, but genuine investor engagement design. Strong existing network within the gaming and tech investment community, particularly in MENA, APAC, or Europe. Understanding of how the gaming investment chain works from pre-seed accelerators through to sovereign capital deployment.
