Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Tender and Estimating Works.
• Able to read and understand Drawings well.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in estimating construction projects.
• Knowledge of Structural Steel works will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts.
• High proficiency with Microsoft office software in Excel and Word.
• With good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Working Hours:
• 5.5-day work week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:25pm, Sat (Alternate Saturday Off) 8am-1200noon.

Additional Information

JOB DESCRIPTION: Tender estimation and costing. Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and Final Accounts with Clients. To review progress of all on-going projects and preparation of monthly progress claim submissions to Clients; as well as evaluates and prepare Subcontractors' claims. Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD/Superior.
