Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy & commercial impact
- Define and scale the paid channel mix across search, social and programmatic, driving revenue growth and steering investments toward the highest business impact.

Requirements
- 2-5 years in paid media / performance marketing. Experience at a media agency is highly favored.
- Deep and hands-on experience with Paid channels such as; Google Ads, Social platforms, Display, Programmatic and Partnerships
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions and improvements
- Affinity with automation and AI-driven optimization in marketing
- Up to date about the latest trends in media
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and decisive
- Comfortable operating in a corporate environment, while moving at startup speed
- A challenger mindset - you aim high, iterate fast, and remove blockers
- Important to have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in (digital) marketing or related fields
- Fluently in both English and Italian
- Contract offer:
- Working conditions : Permanent employment contract
- Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
- Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)
- Location : Milan
- Annual base salary starting from : Euro 44.000
- Variable remuneration : in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
