Freelance Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• -Collaborate with your teammates, inspire them and always seek knowledge.
• -Work with the design, production and technology teams to deliver on project needs.
• -Build trusted relationships with your teammates through communication and empathy.
• -Find inspiration and help develop creative concepts with the greater team.
• -Help refine presentation decks and project details.
• -Discuss and be eager for feedback on design. Be nimble, and able to pivot.
• Evaluation: Semi-annual meetings reviewing progress across core responsibilities, professional, and personal goals.

Requirements

• Role Overview:
• Focus: 80% making, and execution; 20% learning, and concepting
• -3-5+ years of design experience in a high-paced design agency or corporation.
• -Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in design and related studies.
• -Proven organizational, presentation and communication skills.
• -Hard skills: 2D & 3D design software, animation, and/or interface design ability.
