Job Description Position Summary Working under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Institutional Equity, the Institutional Equity and Title VI Coordinator plays a key leadership role in advancing the College's efforts to prevent and respond to discrimination based on race, color, and national origin, including shared ancestry and ethnic characteristics, in accordance with Title VI and the College's nondiscrimination policies. The Institutional Equity and Title VI Coordinator leads implementation of the College's Title VI compliance program, including policy development and review, intake and coordination of reports, and management of response and resolution processes. The Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to support training and education initiatives, conducts data analysis, and prepares reports to monitor trends and support institutional accountability.
