Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or shared services environment, preferably within financial institutions or regulated industries.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity, with demonstrated experience managing teams and overseeing operational delivery.
  • Proven experience in supplier due diligence (KYV), supplier onboarding, and procurement governance frameworks.
  • Prior exposure to banking, financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Infinus, SAP, Ariba, Oracle), including supplier master data and PO lifecycle management.
  • Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team, with strong oversight on workload prioritization, productivity, and staff development.
  • Strong understanding of procurement operations, including KYV due diligence, supplier lifecycle management, master data governance, and PO processes within a controlled environment.
