Membership Services Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage daily membership and guest service operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback.
• Process membership applications, renewals, and related transactions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing shift procedures.
• Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote membership programmes, campaigns, events, and ongoing promotions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
