- Partnership with HR Centers of Excellence
- Reinforce HR Operating model with business leaders ensuring that HR Centers of Excellence ( COE 's ) are the direct point of contact for resolution of HR Operations (A SKHR) , Employee Relations, Perfo rmance Manag ement, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition needs.
- Collaborate w ith HR Centers of Excellence to deliver and reinforce enterprise programs.
- Partner with Total Rewards to advise on compensation and incentive strategies aligned to market, business priorities, and internal equity.
- Pa rtner with Talent Acquisition to support critical hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent pipeline strategy.
- Partner with Employee Relations team on complex employee performance and conduc t issues, ensuring balanced, complaint , and business-aligned outcomes.
- Par tner with Empl oyee Relations and P eop le & C ulture tea m t o identify tr ends on performance management, coaching, and corrective action to d evelop leade rship and develop ment programs for people leaders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate organizational and people-related risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required .
- 8+ years of progressive HR BP experience, including prov en suc cess in leading cha nge initiatives, org design , and stra tegic workforce and talent p lanning .
