Responsibilities
- Lead and train on the safe Lock-Out of equipment to prepare for CIL (Clean-Inspect-Lube) activities

- Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:
- Education:
- Available at drumbeat sessions and training
- Previous Equipment Operation or Maintenance
- Great way to build technical skills and expertise in machinery maintenance
- Skills required:
- Excellent reasoning skills - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make conclusions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with good listening skills
- Ambitious self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction

Shift: various start times-various end times Hourly Rate: $23.47 an hour + $0.25 shift differential There are three opportunities for these roles, one is for first shift and two are needed for the afternoon shift. These positions have been created to support AMD initiatives. Qualified candidates will be interviewed. These are awarded roles. Role Title: AMD SME (Subject Matter Expert) Position Summary: The AMD SME will be responsible to learn the critical components of the AMD Pillar and supporting systems. This job duty will require the person to lead and train on all AMD activities. By becoming an AMD SME, you will have a more in depth understanding of the inner workings of equipment and how it is kept at base condition and maintained. The AMD SME will be considered to have the skills and abilities for drumbeats and off-season AMD events.
