[Bosch R&D - Internship] Product Development Intern

About the role

Products: Electrical Connectors for the Automotive Industry. Perform design calculations, including tolerance analysis and dimensional measurement (3D data). Apply engineering methodologies such as FMEA, DRBFM, DFMA, etc. to ensure robust product design. Support testing activities, including sample preparation, test setup, and execution. Assist in technical risk assessments, problem solving, customer approvals, and tooling release processes. Assist in developing and optimizing design solutions. Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve design efficiency and product quality. Final-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Preferred GPA 7.5 or above). Academic background includes relevant coursework, assignments, or mini-projects related to product development, design, simulation, or testing. Interest in innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement Proficient in reading and writing English for daily communication and documentation. Available to work full-time for 4 to 6 months.
