Reports to: EHS Manager Location: Abuja Role Summary: The EHS Officer will support the implementation of environment, health, and safety policies and procedures across the organization. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, promotes a safe workplace, and assists in monitoring environmental sustainability initiatives. General Responsibilities Implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits. Monitor workplace practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and corrective actions. Coordinate EHS training and awareness programs. Report and investigate accidents, near misses, and hazards. Drive environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste management and energy conservation. Liaise with staff to encourage safe work practices and continuous improvement. .
