This temporary role is based in Alberta, and while local candidates are preferred, we welcome all qualified applicants to apply. What would you be doing? Provide supervision to multiple crews and services. Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met. Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements. Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures, Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance. Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset. A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical trade such as a Boilermaker or Pipefitter is considered an asset. Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew. Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
