About the role

1. Human Resources (HR) Management Recruitment & Staffing Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Develop workforce planning strategies to align with business needs. Employee Relations & Engagement Maintain a positive work culture and handle employee grievances. Develop and implement employee engagement programs. Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory contributions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry compensation benchmarks. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Oversee performance appraisal and career progression frameworks. HR Compliance & Policy Development Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. 2. Financial Management Budgeting & Financial Planning Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management. Monitor company expenditures and suggest cost-saving strategies. Accounting & Financial Reporting Oversee financial statements, bookkeeping, and monthly closings. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management. Taxation & Compliance Handle corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies. Payroll & Benefits Accounting Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement. Oversee employee benefits costs and financial implications. Risk Management & Internal Controls Implement internal control to mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with accounting and finance regulations.
