Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in miscellaneous metals fabrication.
• Previous experience in a foreman, supervisor, lead fabricator, or similar leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, shop workflow, and production operations.
• Experience managing labor resources, production schedules, and shop activities.
• Knowledge of fabrication safety practices and quality standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.

Misc Metals Shop Foreman Location: Hanover, PA Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Full-time Overtime: Overtime opportunities available Position Summary The Misc Metals Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day execution, supervision, and performance of the miscellaneous metals fabrication shop. This role ensures safe, productive, and high-quality fabrication operations while managing shop personnel, workflow, scheduling execution, equipment utilization, and shop organization. The Misc Metals Foreman works closely with the Plant Manager and Misc Metals Operations Manager to execute production priorities and achieve operational, quality, and safety goals related to miscellaneous metals fabrication operations.
