Demonstrated ability to partner with managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to assess capability needs, prioritize areas of focus, and support the delivery and facilitation of key initiatives. Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, delivering training, and providing clear, practical guidance to leaders at all levels.
