Position Summary Provides essential administrative and clerical support to HSE department. Provides necessary support in terms of documentation and record keeping for activities related to HSE. Tasks and Responsibilities Compile, prepare and submit daily attendance timesheet records for all HSE personnel in a timely manner. Administer and follow up on all Purchase and Service requests with relevant dept arising from HSE related items. Meticulous and thorough in terms of data management Ability to function with MS Office Suite, SAP and other office support functions.
