About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct basic market, client, and prospect research to help identify trends, service opportunities, and potential areas of focus for the team.
- Learns about MFS products, the financial services industry, and the role of Retail Internal Sales in supporting client relationships and business development.
- Partner with the sales team to support business planning, including sales channel reporting and analysis of the fund distribution landscape across Spain and Portugal
- Develop insights from market, client, and competitor data to identify trends and support sales strategy decisions
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand investment solutions and help position them effectively with clients
- Support the creation of compelling messaging that clearly communicates product capabilities and value propositions
- Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and strategic collateral that resonates with target clients
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance client engagement and support overall business growth
- Complete a project focused on territory insights, customer relationship management system improvements, or sales support opportunities and presents findings to the team
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree with strong academic results
- I nterest in financial services, asset management, sales, client service, or business development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proactive approach with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and ask thoughtful questions.
