About the role

Job description DB Golf Center is looking for Qualified PGA Golf Coaches with the following criteria: Have coached Elite players such as Tour Players and/or National Amateur Players Have at least 1 year of coaching experience Certified in: Junior Development: able to communicate with Juniors and develop strength, speed, and balance according to their developmental status. Ground reaction force: able to identify how to maximize the body motion using the forces from the ground Biomechanics: able to understand 3D data and find the most efficient way to change the swing. Putting: able to run putting sessions, read 3D putting data, and suggest the best suitable equipment for the customer. Other Key Job Duties Provide one-to-one or small group training. Provide coaching to customers based on specific needs. Support customers in their training and development. Help customers set goals and work out individual plans. Able to work independently and in a team, possess good interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrate emotional maturity and genuine passion to work with children and adults. Patient and able to understand challenges faced by customers Able to work on weekends and PH Job Type: Full-time Salary: $7,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
