Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and authorization;
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents;

Requirements

  • Eligible to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance (requires Canadian citizenship and 10 years of residence in Canada).
  • College diploma or diploma of vocational studies in accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industry
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Bilingual (English / French)
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Deadline-oriented and adept at time management
  • Team player who is comfortable working in different work group settings (International Shared Services)

They support the Finance Director, handle complex tasks, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
