Responsibilities
- Perform full life cycle of recruiting activities to meet the organizations needs including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers.

- Troubleshoot and design potential solutions to recruiting process or ATS. Develop and fit processes and ATS for organizational needs, specifically targeted at future growth vacancies.
- What you should have:
- 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience required.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, Workday preferred.
