Job Description The Senior Specialist ? Growth Enablement & Training plays a critical role in supporting field sales teams across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for designing and delivering immersive onboarding programs, facilitating hands-on training sessions, and coaching team members to drive performance and retention. The Senior Specialist will manage and implement learning initiatives that span onboarding, skill development, and tool adoption, with a focus on accelerating ramp-up and improving sales effectiveness. This position serves as a key connector between the Growth Enablement team and field operations, ensuring that training programs are aligned with business goals and career progression. The role also supports national and regional training events, develops microlearning content using platforms like Articulate Storyline and Rise, and tracks training impact through performance metrics. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, facilitation, and continuous improvement, the Senior Specialist champions a culture of learning and growth across the organization. Job Responsibilities Design and deliver immersive onboarding programs for new hires (AEs, BDMs, SAEs), partnering with Growth & Operational teams to accelerate ramp-up. Facilitate hands-on training sessions using role plays, scenario-based learning, and real-world sales challenges?from prospecting to closing. Coach and mentor sales team members through on-the-job feedback and skill reinforcement to drive performance and retention. Develop microlearning assets including e-learning modules, videos, and job aids using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. Track training effectiveness using metrics like ramp time, deal velocity, and survey feedback to continuously improve programs. Support national and regional training events, including designing materials and facilitation. Identify learning gaps in the field through ride-alongs, feedback loops, and propose targeted solutions. Partner with Leadership to build structured learning paths that align with career progression and business goals. Drive tool adoption and confidence by delivering hands-on training and upskilling for Salesforce, CMS platforms, and other sales tools, helping reps navigate system efficiencies and confidently from day one. Champion a culture of learning and growth, connecting training initiatives to broader organizational objectives.
