Requirements

- 4+ years of related paid experience in engineering build, standards development, and frontline operations technical support within manufacturing, energy, consulting, or similar industries.
- Holds a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or has the ability to obtain one.
- Outstanding communication and collaborator skills - both written and verbal to internal and external audiences.
- Facilitation, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate/collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient computer technology skills, and a capacity to adapt to new systems.

- This role is primarily office-based.
- Occasional travel ( A valid driver's license, ability to travel within the state, and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be verified before hire.
