Resident Technical Officers (HDB HIP)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily upgrading and construction works to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and project progress.
• Conduct inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on site matters.
• Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Conduct condition surveys, unit inspections, and handover of completed works to residents.
• Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and highlight any delays or site issues.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Consultant.
• Job Requirement:
• Registered RTO (Resident Technical Officer) certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision of Civil & Structural (C&S) or Architectural works
• Preferably experienced in HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects
