Responsibilities
- Project development, project study involvement and operational readiness activities to ensure that projects are appropriately resourced, costed and planned to ensure success

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' project management experience in your chosen discipline (mining, heavy civil, or reclamation)
- Strong skills in earthworks, mining methods, engineering, and planning
- Competence in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Solid financial, commercial, and contractual acumen
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience managing medium to large teams
- Understanding of risk management and incident investigation principles
- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Resilient and flexible, embracing a startup mentality
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with JD Edwards (ERP) highly regarded
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and engaging with international stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and high personal safety standards
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for site visits and supplier meetings
- Resilience, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset that embraces innovation
