Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between different design disciplines (Civil, structural, utilities, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure integrated design delivery.
  • Support the Design Manager in managing the design process from concept to IFC stages.
  • Track design submissions and review processes to ensure compliance with design programs and deliverable requirements.
  • Assist in managing comments from clients, authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring they are logged, addressed, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Organize and document design coordination meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.
  • Assist in managing and issuing RFIs and design clarifications.
  • Collaborate with BIM teams to ensure coordination and clash resolution across disciplines.
  • Ensure design outputs meet regulatory requirements and align with project objectives.
  • Maintain the design documentation, including drawings, registers, and correspondence using information management platforms.
  • Good understanding of engineering disciplines involved in the civil infrastructure design.
  • Participates in design progress and coordination meetings.
  • Actively seeks information, opportunities to participate and contribute, and develops efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor or Master of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) from an accredited University.
  • Interest in civil infrastructure engineering & design.
