JUNIOR REMEDIATION OFFICER Trinity Estates - £Competitive - Home Based ROLE OVERVIEW You will help make homes safer and communities stronger by supporting the delivery of complex remediation projects across a varied residential portfolio. This is a key property management role where your organisation, judgement and professionalism will keep works progressing smoothly, stakeholders informed and records watertight. Working closely with senior colleagues, consultants and contractors, you will coordinate investigations, compile and maintain project documentation, and communicate clearly with residents and clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to building remediation from initial survey through to completion, developing valuable experience and a platform to grow your career in property management and project delivery. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Most days you will be driving progress: updating trackers, scheduling surveys and access, preparing meeting packs and minutes, and chasing actions with contractors and consultants. You will keep residents and clients in the loop with clear, timely updates and ensure every decision, inspection and invoice is accurately documented. You will attend occasional site visits to support quality checks and issue resolution. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Projects move forward week-by-week with clear plans, up-to-date trackers and proactively unblocked actions. Residents feel informed, respected and supported throughout investigations and works. Documentation is complete, accurate and audit-ready, from scopes and risk registers to photos and certificates. Risks, delays and cost pressures are identified early, escalated appropriately and mitigated where possible. Strong working relationships with surveyors, contractors and internal teams lead to smooth collaboration. Continuous improvement mindset: you capture lessons learned and refine processes to drive better outcomes. HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Coordinating surveys, investigations and remedial works schedules; arranging access and confirming logistics. Maintaining project trackers, action logs, risk registers and document libraries to a high standard. Drafting and issuing resident and client communications; fielding enquiries and following up promptly. Preparing meeting agendas, packs and minutes; monitoring actions to completion. Supporting procurement and contractor onboarding, including H&S checks and purchase order administration. Assisting with funding and compliance evidence packs (e.g. photos, certifications, test results, warranties). WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR You are organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines without losing accuracy. You communicate with empathy and clarity, adapting your style for residents, clients and contractors. You take ownership, spot problems early and follow through until the job is done. You enjoy structured processes but can think on your feet when plans change. You care about doing the right thing for residents, quality and safety. EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS Coordinating building repairs, maintenance or construction projects within residential property. Working with contractors, surveyors or consultants and understanding the flow of technical information. Producing clear reports, trackers and communications using Excel and other project tools.
