About the role
This role is on-site in Barcelona At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to redefine how independent hoteliers grow their business in a digital-first world. As our Senior Product Marketing Manager - PLG, you'll be at the forefront of driving product-led growth strategies that boost net revenue retention, reduce churn, and unlock new inbound growth streams. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver measurable impact. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, all while mentoring and inspiring our Product Marketing team. This role is based in our Barcelona office and reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own the numbers. You will be directly accountable for key growth metrics including upsell revenue, net revenue retention (NRR), churn rate, and feature and payment adoption. You set the targets, track the performance, and drive the results.
- Own the PMM contribution to initiatives that increase upsell revenue, prevent churn, and optimize pricing and packaging for different geographies and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Drive product adoption and engagement through personalized, automated communication campaigns that speak directly to customer needs.
- Build and execute a robust PLG-focused product marketing strategy, tightly aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert, raising the bar for product marketing craft across the team.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to maximize the reach and impact of new product launches.
- Deeply understand our customers, their behaviors, and evolving needs to guide product positioning and strategy.
- Track, analyze, and optimize PLG campaign performance using actionable insights to continuously improve results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing , with a proven track record of driving successful product-led growth in B2B SaaS - this is a senior individual contributor role, not a people management position.
- Background in SaaS, ideally with experience in the hospitality tech space.
- Demonstrated ownership of growth metrics such as NRR, upsell, churn, and product adoption - you are comfortable owning a number and being held accountable to it.
- Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in tools such as HubSpot, Looker, and Amplitude.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messaging and content.
- Highly collaborative, with strong project management skills and a track record of working effectively across teams.
- Strong advantage if you have experience with product analytics languages such as SQL.
- Fluency in English required. Additional languages are a strong plus - particularly Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese , given our multi-market presence.
