Senior Executive / Executive, Transshipment

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all transshipment-related activities and transactions to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, shipping lines, port operators, terminals, agents, and other external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate, verify and consolidate vessel loading and discharge figures, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Monitor transshipment operations and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational requirements, and relevant shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports as required.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree/ Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management,Shipping, or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates withexperience in vessel stowage, port operations, transshipment planning, orterminal coordination will have an added advantage.
• Goodunderstanding of shipping and transshipment processes is preferred.
• Strongattention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
• Strongorganizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactiveattitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing businessrequirements.
