About the role

Job description Responsibility in Back-office Treasury. Processing of all treasury transactions in a correct manner involving: (1)Foreign Exchange deals (2)Money Market Deposits (3)Derivatives (4)Bond (5)Handling of MAS and DTCC reporting (6)RMA KYC review (7)Knowledge of both the Swift and MEPS+ preferred MEPS+ Manual Contingency Drill MEPS+ disaster Recovery Drill MEPS+ Industry Testing to cater for system patches and upgrades Swift Self-Assessment ●Handling daily transactions Money Market, Foreign Exchange, and Securities Deals and checking of reports covering Money Market, Securities, Interest Rate Swap Outstanding and Foreign Exchange Transactions. ●Monitoring and updating of Correspondent Bank's Credit lines and coupon interest and interest rate swap for various securities and ensure interest is correctly credited. ●Verifying of dealers' conversation and transaction through Reuter roll and to ensure it tallies with the number of deal tickets issued daily ●Processing of report to MAS. ●Preparation, submission and checking of FX Swap/IRS transaction's report to MAS via DTCC when necessary. ●Reading of Factiva Adverse news related to all our RMA counterparties ●Monitoring and updating of Swift/MEPS+ messages activated ●Verify all Swift cum MEPS+ payments duly released before signing out of AS400 daily. ●Accepts responsibility for the implementation of regulations, procedures and projects. . Job Requirements: ●Good interpersonal relationships, communication, strategic thinking and with the ability to motivate ●Able to handle and understand Chinese documents, bilingual to liaise with colleagues from Taiwan ●Good working technical knowledge SWIFT/MEPS+ and familiarity with IBM AS400 System would be preferred ● Post graducate diploma in Business/Accountancy/Banking/Fianance.
