Role Overview Paytm is looking to hire detail oriented campaign operations managers to drive execution excellence for its AI led merchant growth initiatives. This role works closely with growth, product, and business teams to translate strategy into high quality campaign execution across CRM channels. The role involves owning campaign setup, experimentation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization through data led insights. It sits at the core of the growth engine, ensuring reliable operations, identifying gaps through root cause analyses, and improving campaign effectiveness at scale. The candidate will play a key role in building efficient, error free systems and driving measurable impact across merchant lifecycle campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing campaign operations & implementation design logic end to end in alignment with the marketing strategy decided upon
- Own the monitoring and tracking of metrics useful for performance analyses of campaigns
- Set up and run experiments on campaigns
- Streamline operations for reduced errors and increased efficiency
- Run root cause analyses and narrow down the cause(s) in cases of deviations from expected campaign behavior
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with any CLM tool (e.g. CleverTap, Moengage, WebEngage, etc.). Prior experience with CleverTap will be an added advantage.
- Aptitude: good with logical reasoning, breaking down problem statements, and hypothesis formation and validation
- Ownership: Own campaigns end to end from execution to assessment to accommodating learnings. The candidate should be interested in the role or else it will be difficult to gather ownership and excel
- Previous experience in operations is preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or campaign management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience in managing marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in evaluating and testing campaigns for quality and compliance with organizational standards.
- Capable of managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
