Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva and São Paulo. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and technically minded Product Enablement Specialist to drive go-to-market (GTM) readiness for new product releases, feature updates, and technical content. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product innovation and revenue execution. You will partner deeply with Product Management and Product Marketing (PMM) to translate complex platform mechanics into clear, high-impact training materials, eLearning modules, and live enablement sessions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep curiosity for how software works, sharp project management discipline, and a passion for building world-class product education. You will ensure our customer-facing teams are definitive experts on the Addepar platform, fully prepared to articulate the value of every update we ship. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $68,000 - $106,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

- Content Development & Instructional Design : Transform technical product documentation and release notes into digestible, high-quality learning assets, including eLearnings, playbooks, release summaries, and interactive training environments
- Technical Product Mastery : Develop a comprehensive, continuous understanding of Addepar's technical mechanics and product roadmap. Commit to being the team's definitive subject matter expert on platform functionality
