Junior Account Manager - Italian Native Speaker

WeLearn is an escale-up company, founded by two former Google and Facebook strategists and a project manager experiencing extremely rapid growth. ABOUT THE FOUNDERS Davide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Fluency in English and Italian Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape. Strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs. Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need. Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude. Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow. Strong willingness to learn.

Requirements

• A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
• Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
• Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
